DFA Appointment Code is a very important information that you’ll get when you schedule an appointment with the DFA Passport Online Website. The fact is, the DFA Appointment Code is the only information needed by the DFA Personnel to verify your Passport Online Appointment if its valid or not. We’ll discuss that later on.
WHAT IS A DFA APPOINTMENT CODE?
DFA Appointment Code is a series of numbers that identifies your transaction or appointment with the DFA in terms of Passport Application.
As mentioned in my introduction, it is very important that you have so the DFA Personnel can verify your scheduled Passport Appointment. By simply scanning the bar code, your appointment and your application form will loaded on their computer to be verified.
WHERE CAN I GET MY OWN DFA APPOINTMENT CODE?
There are two ways to get your own DFA Appointment Code.
First method is, Right after you pay your Passport Fees in any of the authorized payment centers or in Bayad Center, you will receive an email from the email firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your passport appointment booking is successful.
In the email, it contains the following:

The random numbers next to Appointment Ref # is the DFA Appointment Code which you are looking for. Please see image for reference.
Second method is, from the email that you received, there’s a link saying “Click [here] to download your application form”. Click that link to download your Passport Application Form.

WHAT ARE THE OTHER USES OF THE DFA APPOINTMENT CODE?
Aside from the purpose of DFA Appointment Code mentioned above, the series of random numbers are also used when rescheduling a Passport Appointment or Cancelling a Passport Appointment.
